This coffee comes to us from Edio Miranda's farm, Sitio Santo Antonio Prado, in the Matas de Minas region, Minas Gerais, Brasil. The beautiful estate covers 28 hectares and is located in a national park. With an altitude between 1200-1300 masland quite mountainous all the picking has to be done manually, Edio and Maria's family all gat involved in the harvest and processing of the coffees.
We have selected two lots, one natural and one honey and mixed them together to balance the sweet chocolatey natural with the brighter citrus notes in the honey.
