Process - Natural
This coffee comes to us from the Kochere District in Ethiopia. Kochere is a small district within the Yirgacheffe region, an area well known for producing exceptional quality coffees. This lot was processed as a Natural at the Boji washing station. The privately owned Boji washing station is supplied by local smallholders. The Heirloom Yirgacheffe varietals are grown between 1790 - 1900 masl. Enjoy.
