This coffee comes to us from Diofanor Ruiz's farm, La Divisa, located in the
town of Buenavista, Quindio in Colombia. Coffee cherries at Diofanor's
farm, which sits between 1500-1650 masl, are all picked following strict
ripeness criteria for cup consistency. For this microlot, cherries were
transported to La Pradera to be processed as a Natural by the Cofinet team.
This microlot is 100% Castillo varietal.
