This coffee comes to us from Tulio Adarme. When taking over his fathers farm 7 years ago, after spending 15 years as an accountant, Tulio soon realised in order to improve his net profit he needed to be producing specialty grade coffees. To achieve this goal Tulio joined the Cooperativa de Cafes Especiales de Narino to learn how to process Honeys and since 2018 80% of Tulio's production is now Honey processed.
Once harvested Tulio ferments his Caturra cherries for 35 hours in plastic tanks (anaerobic). The cherries are then pulped and placed on raised beds to dry.
