This coffee comes to us from William Chavez at Finca El Despetar, located in Buesaro, Narino in Colombia. The coffee was picked and hand sorted by William and his wife. The cherries were then placed in water tanks to ferment for 50 hours. The coffee was then pulped , gently washed and then dried on raised beds until ideal moisture content was achieved. Finca El Despetar sits at altitudes between 1700 - 2000 masl and this lot is 100% Caturra.
