Gargari Gutity coffee is sourced from the southern regions of Gediyo zone, specifically
Gedeb Wereda , Banko Gutity Kebele and 22km from Gedeb Town in Ethiopia.
The altitude of the coffee farms reaches 2349 m.a.s.l. The combination of high-altitude
fertile soil and rains make the region suitable for growing high-quality coffee. The
Gargari Gutity washing station is 2.5-hectares with 180 drying beds and fermentation
tanks, located at 1983 m.a.s.sl. In this station, various processes are developed, such as honey, washed, natural, and carbonic maceration. These processing techniques contribute to the
diversity of flavors and profiles found in the final cup of coffee.
This coffee is sourced from 2400 small-scale coffee farmers. They are dedicated to only
selecting the best cherries of the harvest, then the cherries are transported to the
station where the expert processing team processes the coffee to the highest
standards.
Flavours - lemongrass, jasmine, cinnamon, roasted nuts
